Tracey is the CEO at Dokio, a software platform that automates content creation for companies. She also serves on several boards including Rome2rio a metasearch travel engine and as the Chairman of the State Sports Centre Trust and of Box Hill TAFE.  Tracey was the Founding Managing Director-Asia Pacific of Alexander Mann Solutions a human resource outsourcing business, she successfully exited from this business in 2007.

She holds an MBA from Macquarie University, Graduate School of Management a Bachelor of Business and is a graduate of – Australian Institute of Company Directors.
