Tamasin is a barrister specialising in commercial law, with a particular focus on consumer law, franchising disputes and regulatory matters. She appears in courts at all levels across the country. Tamasin was recognized by the Legal 500 as a ‘rising star’ of the Australian Bar in 2022 and as a ‘leading junior’ of the Australian Bar in 2023 and 2024.

Tamasin was one of the barristers involved in the Mercedes-Benz litigation. She worked closely with the Maddocks lawyers and also with the Mercedes-Benz team to successfully defend their position in the litigation
