I am a highly experienced public sector leader and chief executive with demonstrated success in the execution of regulatory and organisational strategy, development and transformational change. As Commissioner and Chief Executive Officer of Wage Inspectorate Victoria, I am the agency head responsible for exercising the duties, functions and powers of the Wage Inspectorate under the legislation it enforces. I have deep experience in strategic enforcement and compliance, integrity frameworks, stakeholder engagement, civil and criminal jurisdiction litigation, change management and governance. I also have experience in contemporary public policy, including the development and implementation of new legislation. I have led transformational changes to structures, systems and processes, and previously held senior executive roles in operational, corporate, strategy and policy domains. I am a focused and genuine leader who works collaboratively with people to deliver strong performance and effect positive change.
