Nick assists many leading Australian and international franchise systems with all aspects of franchise law. He contributes to the development of industry policy, having assisted the Franchise Council of Australia in connection with the Franchising Code of Conduct review and Government consultation on pandemic relief measures. Nick is a member of the NFC Legal Symposium organising committee, and is named in the list of Best Lawyers in Franchise Law.
