Facilitating Hostage Negotiation training for the UAE’s Special Forces and other varied enforcement roles, has given Natalie an in-depth understanding of the different behavioural types within the law enforcement space, which sparked an initial interest to pursue and become a specialist in Human Behaviour and Behavioural Profiling. Natalie is the owner of Elevate Coaching and has a passion for passing on these highly impacting Behavioural Profiling skills within Corporate and Business to enable greater understanding and awareness into why we do what we do. She also works with assisting businesses, business owners and leaders of all levels in growing and improving their overall performance to reach their potential. Natalie lives on the Sunshine Coast with her husband and her 13 year-old daughter. Her approach to life is with adventure and variety.
