APAC Chief Commercial Officer - InXpress

I was raised in Brisbane where I completed my years of schooling and commenced my carrier in the freight & logistics industry full-time. I am passionate about my family and place high importance on having a work life balance, in addition to this I have been a professional vocalist on and off throughout my working career. Throughout my professional carrier in the logistics industry of over 30 years, I have had various roles including General Manger for NSW & for QLD, National Strategic Solutions Manager, Operational Management, Sales Management, Customer Service Management as well as the Branding Ambassador for the APAC Region. During my career I have been fortunate enough to be well recognised for achievements throughout my career and completed my European Senior Logistics Degree in Supply Chain as well as various Leadership Management Trainings and Sales Mentoring Programmes.  My family and I moved to Sydney in 2014 to head up the NSW Branch for a Global organisation which incorporated freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing and contract logistics and spent over 9 years in the Sydney market, before deciding it was time to return home to Brisbane in March 2022.

 

My time in the logistics industry and now in the franchising industry, has taught me valuable skills and what success and partnerships truly look like. I was previously the Country Manager for InXpress AU & NZ and have recently taken on the role of Chief Commercial Officer for the APAC Region within InXpress. My key focus is around development within an organisation at all levels including strategic, tactical, operational, and transactional layers from both planning and implementation perspective.  I am people focused and continuously look to promote a positive working culture, possess excellent communication, and people management skills whilst being proactive and self-driven. My goal is to build long term sustainable relationships whilst empowering growth and change to achieve a positive culture, exceptional operational and financial outcomes with both our customers and our franchise Network within the APAC Region.  Strong partnerships with all our stakeholders, including our carrier partners, are the keys to drive success and growth initiatives to achieve financial targets across our Network.

 

I am extremely passionate about InXpress and very proud to be a part of this global organisation which adds so much value for our business customers via local franchisee engagement, to truly deliver unique solutions within the freight industry both domestically and internationally via our user-friendly software.  I am excited about the future of InXpress and the entire network as we continue to grow and develop together.
