Kellie Cranch has been in the franchise industry for over 20 years. She has run two successful Bakers Delight franchises for 7 years employing over 30 staff, and has since then forged a career supporting Franchisors to grow and Franchise Owners to flourish. She has spent the last 10 focusing on Development, Franchise Recruitment Sales, Leasing and Project Management. Her passion project is Multi Unit growth and encouraging existing franchise owners to expand. She is currently the Head of Development at City Cave and is enjoying the challenge of growing the fastest growing wellness franchise in the world!
