Alexandra is a legal practitioner with over 25 years’ experience in corporate and commercial, property, financial services, intellectual property, information technology, franchising, data and privacy and governance law gained through various roles in private practice and as in-house legal counsel across industries such as mining, construction, real estate, financial services and proptech. She holds a Bachelor of Laws, a Bachelor of Arts, is a graduate of the AICD Company Directors Course, and is also a licensed real estate agent. Alexandra is the Chair of the Harcourts Group Australia and a director of Harcourts International Limited as well as Chair of Trustees Australia Limited and the Compliance Committee for registered schemes for which Trustees Australia Limited is the Responsible Entity.
